Sharon Gutstadt is a warm, approachable, and knowledgeable culinary instructor with a deep love for baking and plant-based cooking. She trained at the Institute of Culinary Education and has worked as a food stylist, recipe developer, and tester.
Sharon brings with her a thoughtful, encouraging style rooted in curiosity and care. Influenced by her Israeli heritage and the meaningful role food played in her upbringing, she sees cooking as a powerful way to connect with culture, wellbeing, and community.
A devoted vegan for both ethical and health reasons, Sharon’s approach to food is intentional and deeply personal. She has a natural ability to make students feel at ease, inviting them to try new techniques, ask questions, and build confidence in the kitchen.
