DO YOU USE NUTS?Allergen Notice: While we do not use nuts in our recipes, our kitchen is not a nut-free facility.

WHAT ABOUT OTHER ALLERGENS?Allergen Policy: Our facility contains various allergens and cross-contact can occur during classes and events. While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee any item to be allergen-free. Please email hello@gatherculinary.com before booking to discuss any food allergies and determine if the class/camp is suitable for you or other participants. We cannot be held liable for any allergen contact or consumption that may occur in our facility.

ARE YOUR CLASSES HANDS-ON?Class Format: All classes are hands-on unless otherwise noted. Each participant receives their own workstation with cutting board and knives. Classes include: Brief discussion of techniques and recipes Question and answer period Demonstration of cooking techniques Hands-on cooking time Group Classes: Participants work collaboratively to complete recipes Private Classes: Participants complete their own recipes individually

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?Dress Code: Wear comfortable, casual clothing (cooking can get messy!) Closed-toe shoes required Long hair must be tied back

WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?Class Payment Options: In-Person Classes: Book and pay online through our website, or pay by check Contact us at 347-835-3454 or hello@gatherculinary.com Private Classes: Contact 347-835-3454 or hello@gatherculinary.com to schedule. Invoices will be sent. Full payment is required to secure your date.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?Payment & Refund Policies Payment: To register for any class, payment in full is required at the time of registration. Refunds & Transfers: A full refund will be issued if Gather Culinary cancels your course. All registrations are non-refundable. While we cannot offer refunds, we understand that plans can change. You're welcome to transfer your registration to another person - simply email us at hello@gatherculinary.com with their details at least 24 hours before the class. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be rescheduled and all registrations will be honored for the makeup date.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER TO TAKE A CLASS?Waiver Requirement: All students must have a signed waiver before participating in any kitchen activities. Students 18 and over: Sign your own waiver Students under 18: Parent or legal guardian signature required Waivers are valid for one calendar year No exceptions: Students without signed waivers cannot participate
